Centerline Capital Group, a subsidiary of Centerline Holding Company (OTC: CLNH), provides real estate financial and asset management services, with a focus on affordable and conventional multifamily housing. We offer a range of debt and equity financing and investment products to developers, owners and investors.

Our core businesses include: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) syndication, affordable debt and fund management; asset and portfolio management; and affordable and conventional multifamily lending, primarily as a Fannie Mae DUS lender, Freddie Mac seller-servicer, and FHA-approved mortgage provider.
